Last month, amid huge fanfare, Sylvester Stallone sold his custom 90210 mansion to Adele for a whopping $58 million — the most ever paid for a house in the guard-gated Beverly Park community. While Stallone and his wife Jennifer are now Florida residents with a $35 million home out in Palm Beach, it’s apparent that the couple still plans to maintain a California foothold.
To that end, they’ve stealthily “downsized” to an estate in Hidden Hills, another guard-gated enclave near Los Angeles that’s famed for its many famous musician and professional athlete residents, although the San Fernando Valley community is probably best known for being home to nearly every member of the Kardashian clan.
